2nd Round – Leaf Pickup Updates
The 2nd and final estimated round of leaf pick up will start on Wednesday 12/2/2020.
- On Tuesday, 12/08/20, leaves were picked up on Chatsworth Place, Ascot Place, Eton Place, Chelsea Place, York Terrace, Townsend Road, Bedford Court, Atwater Terrace, Clermont Park, Thatcher Terrace, Brighton Way, Farnham Way, Kew Gardens, Wentworth Park, Hinchley Wood, Fernhurst, Kensington Place, Windsor Court, Sunningdale, Pembroke Hill, and Grosvenor Place. This completes the final pickup.
- On Monday, 12/07/20, leaves were picked up on Chiltern Street, Ashford Court, Norfolk Gardens, Wiltshire Place, Chipping Campden, Langley Park, Henley Commons, Exeter Park, Belgravia Terrace, and Chatsworth Place (50%). Leaf pickup will continue on Chatsworth Place on Tuesday, 12/08/20.
- On Friday, 12/04/2020, leaves were picked up on Salisbury Way, Lowell, Sussex, Kempton Mews, Bleinheim Terrace, Whitehall Place, Fitzwilliam Park, Beacon Heath, and Chiltern Street (50%). Leaf pickup will continue on Chiltern Street on Monday, 12/07/20.
- On Thursday, 12/03/2020, leaves were picked up on Oxford Road, Glenmore, Newberry Court, Essex Court, Stratford, and Salisbury Way (30%). Leaf pickup will continue on Salisbury Way on Friday, 12/04/20.
- On Wednesday, 12/02/2020, leaves were picked up on Oxford Road (10%). Leaf pickup will continue on Oxford Road on Thursday, 12/03/20.
- On Wednesday, 12/02/2020, leaves were picked up on Pembroke Hill.
- On Tuesday, 12/01/2020, leaves were picked up on Sunningdale, Pembroke Hill (30%), and Grosvenor Place. Leaf pickup will continue on Pembroke Hill on Wednesday, 12/02/20.
- On Monday, 11/30/2020, leaves were picked up on Windsor Court. Leaf pickup will continue on Sunningdale on Tuesday, 12/01/20.
1st Round – Leaf Pickup Updates
- On Saturday, 11/28/2020, leaves were picked up on Fernhurst and Kensington Place. Leaf pickup will continue on Windsor Court on Monday, 11/30/20.
- On Friday, 11/27/2020, leaves were picked up on Wentworth Park and Hinchley Wood. Leaf pickup will continue on Fernhurst on Saturday, 11/28/20.
- On Wednesday, 11/25/2020, leaves were picked up on Farnham Way and Kew Gardens. Leaf pickup will continue on Wentworth Park on Friday, 11/27/20.
- On Tuesday, 11/24/2020, leaves were picked up on Thatcher Terrace, Brighton Way, and Farnham Way (85%). Leaf pickup will continue on Farnham Way on Wednesday, 11/25/20. We hauled out 100 cubic yards of leaves.
- On Saturday, 11/21/2020, leaves were picked up on Clermont Park and Thatcher Terrace (30%). Leaf pickup will continue on Thatcher Terrace on Monday, 11/23/20.
- On Friday, 11/20/2020, leaves were picked up on Townsend Road and Clermont Park (50%). Leaf pickup will continue on Clermont Park on Saturday, 11/21/20.
- On Thursday, 11/19/2020, leaves were picked up on Chatsworth Place, Townsend Road (60%), Bedford Court, and Atwater Terrace. Leaf pickup will continue on Townsend Road on Friday, 11/20/20.
- On Wednesday, 11/18/2020, leaves were picked up on Ascot Place, Eton Place, Chelsea Place, and York Terrace. Leaf pickup will continue on Chatsworth Place on Thursday, 11/19/20.
- On Tuesday, 11/17/20, leaves were picked up on Langley Park, Chatsworth Place, and Ascot Place (50%). Leaf pickup will continue on Ascot Place on Wednesday, 11/18/20.
- On Monday, 11/16/20, leaves were picked up on Belgravia Terrace and Henley Commons. Leaf pickup will continue on Chatsworth Place on Tuesday, 11/17/20.
- On Saturday, 11/14/20, leaves were picked up on Chiltern Street, Beacon Heath, Fitzwilliam Park, Henley Commons, Exeter Park, and Belgravia Terrace (50%). Leaf pickup will continue on Belgravia Terrace on Monday, 11/16/20.
- On Friday, 11/13/20, leaves were picked up on Beacon Heath and Chiltern Street (95%). Leaf pickup will continue on Chiltern Street on Saturday, 11/14/20.
- On Wednesday, 11/11/20, leaves were picked up on Beacon Heath (60%), Chiltern Street (50%), Norfolk Gardens, Wiltshire Place, and Chipping Campden. Leaf pickup will continue on Chiltern Street on Friday, 11/12/20.
- On Monday, 11/09/20, leaves were picked up on Whitehall Place, Beacon Heath, Ashford Court, Chiltern Street (50%), and Norfolk Gardens (90%). Leaf pickup will continue on Norfolk Gardens on Wednesday, 11/11/20.
- On Friday, 11/06/20, leaves were picked up on Salisbury Way, Lowell, Blenheim Terrace, and Whitehall Place (60%). Leaf pickup will continue on Whitehall Place on Monday, 11/09/20.
- On Thursday, 11/07/19, leaves were picked up on Salisbury Way, Sussex, Kempton Mews, and Blenheim Terrace (10%). Leaf pickup will continue on Blenheim Terrace on Friday, 11/08/19.
- On Wednesday, 11/04/20, leaves were picked up on Oxford Road, Glenmore Drive, Newberry Court (50%), and Essex Court. Leaf pickup will continue on Newberry Court on Thursday, 11/05/20.
Initial Leaf Pickup Email
There will be two (2) scheduled leaf pick-ups this fall:
• Week of November 2, 2020 will begin the FIRST Pick-Up.
• Week of November 16, 2020 (tentatively) will begin the FINAL Pick-Up and will progress through the complex.

All leaves MUST be by the road’s edge prior to November 16th because we will not come back to pick up leaves once the final pass has been completed on each street.
ONLY two (2) passes will be made throughout the entire development.
No sticks, debris, and/or grass clippings will be picked up. Our disposal site does not accept these items, and they will rescind our dumping permit if we try to dump any of these items there.
Unfortunately, we cannot sort out these materials from the leaf piles. Therefore, if any sticks, debris, and/or grass clippings are left in the street with the leaves, we will NOT pick up the leaves.
Leaves should be placed only by the lawn’s edge by the road.
Please DO NOT place leaves within Devonwood islands which can cause damage to the plants.
