Josh Ehrlich, pictured center, heads the commercial sales division. He is the grandson of the late Leslie Ehrlich who started the business. He was raised in the family business and has been working with the company for 25 years. “We value our customers as much as we value our talented employees. Suzy Ehrlich, pictured left, has been the workroom manager and head of quality assurance for 15 years. Because the Ehrlich family name is on each of our custom items produced in our workroom, the quality assurance is of utmost importance. We are very confident in our workmanship, providing a 10-year guarantee with each custom order. “I won’t be satisfied with our product in your home until I’m sure I’d be satisfied with the quality in my own home.”
Shannon Milikowski, pictured right, is the residential designer and has been working with the Ehrlich family for 20 years. She will “bring the showroom” to your home and help advise you on fabric selection for your furniture or window treatments. This service is provided at no cost or obligation. “I know that the selection of the perfect décor, colors, patterns, and textures is what makes your home unique to you. Because of this, I will help guide you through the process while focusing on your interests and needs and not just the current trend.”
Other in-home services available are color consultations, room layout, and full room/home redecorating. To schedule an in-home consultation, please call us at 860-244-3475. Due to the fact that our designers are usually out on appointments, we request that showroom/workroom visits and tours also be scheduled. This way we can be sure to make your visit worth your while.
